I have been tanning all day, but I don't think this monitor is producing enough UV :(
Since Speedos are basically bikini bottoms, I think any guy willing to wear a bikini top and wax should be allowed to wear them.

No. Tight bottoms are for crotches that aren't packin.
from the few times my soul has been tortured by the sight of a man in a speedo they seem to all fit the same profile:

-and definately NOT "packing"

Personally I think a man in a Speedo looks good only in the Olympics. Yum Yum!
